Its seal developed as an institutional synthesis of symbols selected from multiple traditions rather than as an inherited ancient emblem in that exact combined form.
Context note: The seal includes a swastika in its pre-Nazi religious and esoteric sense. Because the same form is strongly associated today with Nazism and antisemitism, it requires explicit historical context and should never be presented as politically neutral in modern reception.
