Terms of Service
Purchase terms for the Symbol Vault.
These terms apply when you buy and download digital artwork from Sanctum Hex. Please read them together with the commercial licence shown below.
1. Seller and contact
Sanctum Hex / Symbol Vault operates this website and supplies the digital artwork offered through it.
Questions about an order, download, licence, or these terms can be sent to vault@sanctumhex.com.
2. Products, prices, and payment
The Vault sells individual symbols, collections, and bundles as one-time purchases. The product page identifies the files, formats, artwork, and licence included at the time of purchase.
Checkout is currently available only to customers with a United Kingdom billing address. Prices are shown and charged in GBP as the final price payable. Any applicable taxes are included in the price displayed at checkout; no amount is described or charged as VAT unless a valid VAT registration has been configured.
Secure payment is processed by Stripe. Sanctum Hex does not receive or store your full card details. Your order is accepted when Stripe confirms payment and the Vault records the order as paid.
3. Accounts and digital delivery
A verified Vault account is required before checkout. You are responsible for providing accurate account and billing information and for keeping access to your email account secure.
Purchased files are supplied through your Vault account after payment confirmation. Your account keeps a purchase record and provides secure re-downloads while the Vault continues to operate. You must not share your account or its protected download links with another person.
A collection or bundle includes only the symbols listed in the purchased product version. Future file updates to those included symbols remain available, but symbols added to a later version are not added automatically to an earlier purchase.
4. Immediate delivery and cancellation
Before checkout, you must expressly request immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that your statutory right to cancel may be lost once supply begins. If you do not give both the request and acknowledgement, checkout cannot continue.
Once the files have been made available following that request and acknowledgement, the ordinary cooling-off cancellation right may no longer apply. This does not affect your legal rights if digital content is faulty, misdescribed, or not supplied as agreed.
5. Commercial licence
Commercial use is included for finished work; source files may not be resold or redistributed.
Sanctum Hex Commercial Licence · version 2 · effective 25/07/2026
6. Faulty content and refunds
If a file is unavailable, corrupt, materially different from its description, or otherwise faulty, contact us with your order details. We will investigate and, where appropriate, repair or replace the content, provide the correct file, reduce the price, or issue a refund in accordance with applicable consumer law.
A full refund revokes the ownership grant created by that order unless another valid purchase or entitlement independently grants access to the same symbol. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Availability and changes
We may correct errors, improve files, change future prices, or withdraw products from future sale. Changes do not alter the product-version, price, or licence snapshot recorded with an existing paid order.
We may update these terms for future purchases. The terms version accepted at checkout is recorded with the order. Existing legacy membership entitlements continue under the terms originally promised for them.
